Technical Design Services of Minnesota is a small company with high expectations for quality services. Owned and operated by Troy Schultz, we have a unique career background that includes working as AutoCad & GIS specialists, construction laborers, heavy equipment operators, foreman for underground utility, road construction, environmental cleanup and heavy equipment related construction projects. We have also worked as Environmental Geologists and Senior Technicians on designing field work activities related to construction and environmental projects.
