Technical Design Services of Minnesota is a small company with high expectations for quality services.  It is owned and operated by Troy D. Schultz who has a unique career background that includes working as a construction labor, heavy equipment operator and Foreman for underground utilities, road construction, environmental cleanup and heavy equipment related construction projects.  He has also worked as an Environmental Geologist and Senior Technician on designing, overseeing and performing field work activities related to such construction  and environmental projects.
